GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — There was no moment to take a breath at Unity Field Tuesday night.
Seemingly every few seconds yielded a breakaway chance for the Grand Junction Tigers' aggressive attack. And many of those chances were cashed in by the Tigers. Ten of them.
Evelyn Brown led the way with a hattrick. Merli Brown and Beck Sharp (called up from JV) each scored twice. Mayzie Jones, Taylor Rothel and Ysa Arrieta each scored as well. Grand Junction improves to 3-1-1 with the 10-0 win, Central falls to 1-4.
Grand Junction travels to Durango Saturday as Central next takes on Palisade Friday.
