DENVER (KDVR) - After another year of the Denver Broncos missing the playoffs and a high chance of appearing on the infamous football series "Hard Knocks," the team is due for some significant changes in its roster.
As many predicted after Russell Wilson's late-season benching, the Broncos just announced the release of the veteran quarterback, who in turn announced his move to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
While the Broncos have yet to announce their new quarterback, there have already been a few additions, and some subtractions, to the team.
Changes to the Denver Broncos 2024-25 roster
This is the current list of Broncos moves for the upcoming season as of March 12, 2024. This list will be updated as more information becomes available.
With the NFL draft coming up in late April, the Broncos have some work to do before the team finalizes the roster. The Broncos own the 12th overall pick, the first time they are slated to make a first-round pick since 2021. The team holds six picks in the draft.
As of March 12, the Broncos still need a quarterback, tight end, defensive line, edge rusher and cornerback.
