Broncos' win streak snapped by Houston Texans

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The Denver Broncos' five game win streak was snapped in a 22-17 loss to the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.

Russell Wilson and company saw an up and down 4th quarter where they got back into the ballgame early, but a turnover by Wilson ensured they'd get only one chance at the end to win. With under thirty seconds to go, Russell Wilson was almost sacked in the backfield. Instead he fired a pass in the direction of tight end Albert Okwuegbunam that was picked off by the Texans' Jimmie Ward in the endzone. Effectively ending the game for the Orange and Blue.

The Broncos will travel to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Chargers next week. That game is scheduled for 2:25pm and will be broadcast on CBS.
